All appliances are accessible to all guests .It is always helpful to ask other guests when they are planning to prepare meals or use appliances such as washer and dryer, so that all guests can enjoy all amenities at different times.
The kitchen is open 24/7 to all guests for cooking meals, or for just wanting to store some purchases in the refrigerator and private cupboards for your use, while working from your room or anywhere else in the many common areas. Your breakfast items (your choice) are included in your stay. Cocktail business gatherings and private dinners will be arranged by host. All details can be made with 48 hour advanced notice.
There are 3.5 bathrooms in this house. I offer 4 guestrooms that can be configured to accommodate different numbers of guests comfortably. Logistically, this house can provide several options with different configurations.
Irons and ironing boards available for your use. There are many good, inexpensive dry cleaners and alteration shops throughout this comfortable neighborhood. Otilia, our service coordinator can have your clothes pressed if needed. Just let us know what we can do to make your stay comfortable for your needs.
The house is not only equipped with fast wi-fi. Full cable is available in bedrooms to watch High Definition movies on digital cable (many channels) but also Netflix which is now available here. Music is welcome here and is available by cable or many free non commercial world radio stations.
Again,no charge phone service worldwide, from the privacy of your bedroom that can be used as an intercom to friends that might be occupying other rooms. These phones are set for privacy, so when you lift your phone, it is your private phone call, no one else's.
