High speed internet up to 4G's of speed, ensure fast surfing or work with great security from anywhere in the house, again at no extra charge, unlike the slower unsecured connections of hotels here. I have found that one shared computer room is often a "conflict in timing" for guest's need to be on-line. Your own laptop is something that is already set up for you, at any time, with *your* configurations in place. TV's with digital cable in all bedrooms with 50+ in English. Most travelers enjoy staying connected to home, regardless of where they are, just in case of an emergency. This home has you covered, again at an all inclusive price. The kitchen is for all, 24/7 with private area in a modern, oversized refrigerator and cabinets for your purchases. Dining, living room, patios, and other public areas are for you to visit with other guests in residence or for associates and friends coming to visit you. Guests of registered guests are welcome. You, as a registered guest are responsible for those invited to visit you.
Master bedroom with extended breakfast and wi-fi balcony	$ 110.00 per evening. Large private bathroom en-suite ,extended balcony looking in two directions at two well maintained parks in this quiet upper middle class neighborhood. Memory foam California King, or two single beds.
Entire House : 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and maid service included in this excellent price.	$350.00 per night, including maid service. This is an excellent all inclusive price for up to 8 guests to share. A $500.00-$1,000.00 security & cleaning deposit is required for whole house, or monthy room rentals, depending on number of people and time of stay. Refundable when house is returned in like condition.	Soriana Supermarket is 3 blocks away and is open until 11:00 PM. Another supermarket is open 24/7, just a short taxi ride away. Pharmacy is across the street from the supermarket,open 24/7. Three large upscale shopping malls stores are within walking distance as well as many fine dining or casual good restaurants. There are two rose garden parks half a block from the house in opposite directions to relax in while reading, people watching or working on your laptop with the house's very secure network. You are in the middle of two cities. The new and the old. They are both worth seeing and this is a perfect home base for quiet rests at night.
Additional services for fees*	Site-seeing / shopping trips, and private meals prepared in home. We offer full service business luncheons and private dinner parties for up to 8 people. We also offer buffet style gatherings for up to 30 guests.	All major credit cards using PayPal accepted for payment of deposits. Full payment is due in U.S. dollars or Mexican Pesos upon arrival, and deposit is refunded to credit card. There are ATM machines, and money exchange houses nearby. Check with your bank to see what banks they partner with in Mexico. American Express travellers checks can be cashed at most banks. Payment methods for additional services contracted from outside my price will be given by providers*

Cancellation policy: As in the style of a private home, which is this Guesthouse, we depend on confirmed reservations, although short notice dates are accepted if rooms are available. If you have a change of plans, deposits can be transferred to others, like a gift certificate, or used at a later date, for up to one year of payment of deposit, unless the room or rooms can be re-rented. If re-rented a 75% deposit will be returned when the new guest has paid in full. Not responsible for natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, or last minute mind changes. This is the safest large city in Mexico. It is in the cental highlands, nowhere near the bordertowns that seem to consume the media in recent times. If you are afraid of Mexico, you could not be in a safer area of the country, not to mention the neighborhood of the founding fathers. Common sense rules here as in all large cities of the world. It is always wise to register with the State Department before your trip, just like all other vacations you take.

Deposits of half of entire rental price using PayPal on this page will hold your room or rooms. Upon arrival, full cost of stay is paid in U.S. dollars or the equivilant in Mexican pesos,and deposit is returned at that time. If it is a monthly room rental or whole house rental, the house security deposit is returned within one week of departure. Currency exchanges are used by the up to minute website www.xe.com. Please consult before payment is made.

Several ATM's, banks and currency change houses are available within close proximity, to make payment. In fairness to all, if deposits are not received within one week after reservation is requested, we will re-open your reserved time to others that are interested in those dates. We will of course contact you to make sure if it was just an oversite, before giving your room or rooms to interested parties. There is a three day, consecutive, minimum stay.

We are a "business ready" Guest House without the added fees of the local business hotels.

Most guests are tired from their trip, so the room is guaranteed to be ready as soon as it is cleaned. No 3:PM or 4:PM check-in time. If the room is ready at 7:AM, it is yours. Late check-outs available upon advanced notice if room is not needed. All baggage can be securly stored for your departure, to be out of room by 1:00PM for cleaning.

Please forward your itinerary, so that you can be greeted personally upon arrival. Please e-mail if any airline issue arises, so that we can better accommmodate you! This does happen more than one would want to believe.

No charge for local cell phone check-out (with small fully refundable deposit), returned when phone is left behind in good condition, along with room keys. Great for parties of 4 or more to keep in touch while choosing different destinations to visit in this large city. There is no need to make a service change with your home service plan. Why pay for these changes if you do not need to. You are welcome to give friends, family and colleagues this house number to reach you.
